Hey all-
Thanks for coming back to visit. I had totally forgotten about my June OCS!!! It was partially completed for weeks!!! Anyways, I do apologize to my swap partner. She's new to the blog/craft world so I wanted to welcome her and what a way to do it. I met Karen at a Munchkin's demo one weekend. She's extremely talented in her coloring. She'll also be teaching a few classes over at Munchkin's. Here is her card to me:
Here is my card to her, where we had to use our favorite items. My favorite color is purple and my all time favorite stamp brand is Hero Arts over at Cute Stuff.
It's been awhile since I used the gatefold card technique so I thought that I'd give it another whirl since I enjoy the layered look. Used the new EK success flower punch and dabbed on some silver pearl pen. Have a great weekend!!!
Hugs,
Janis
Happy Aloha Friday to all. It's a furlough Friday for me. Tamiko's is having challenge#5, where you have to:
1) Create a card or 3D project using flowers
2) Deadline is Sunday, July 25th. @ 8pm.
3) You can enter as many times as you wish.
Here was my card, couldn't find my camera so I had to use my cell phone for now. I got inspired to do a folded frame card based on an idea I found on Splitcoaststampers. I used the Miss Anya Love set as my inspiration for flowers. Tamiko's has many different TGF sets. Remember it's always free shipping for those spending $25 or more. Plus, prices on rubber stamps have been reduced by 10% of MSRP.
Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!!!
Hi all-
Thanks for stopping by. I worked on a sample bookmark recently for an upcoming class that I'll be teaching over at Munchkins in Mililani. Class will be on Friday, July 23rd from 3-5pm for $15 plus tax. There are other fun classes this month. Check out the class schedule here.

Hey all-
Hope that everyone is enjoying the beginning of summer. It's been hot lately so it must have affected my thinking. I forgot to post my May OCS card that I sent out to my swap partner, Jovita. Hope that she enjoys it as I thought to use TGS image and frame it out, I found one of my old shaker template that Liann over at Cute Stuff taught me. Before Nesties & Fiskars, we had to use the exacto knife to cut everything out. Anyhoo, I used some clear dew drops to give the effect of the beach.
Please come back in a couple days and I will have my June OCS card! Thanks for visiting!!!
Hugs,
Janis
